CSV/Excel Bulk Edit

When a collection has many products, you can download a CSV file, edit it in Excel or a similar tool, and re-upload it to change the product order in bulk. Even collections with hundreds or thousands of products can be reordered quickly.

How It Works

1. Click "Download CSV" on the collection detail page to get the current order
2. Open the downloaded CSV in Excel or Google Sheets
3. Edit the numbers in the position column to change the order (sorting and filtering make this more efficient)
4. Re-upload the edited CSV file
5. The collection's product order is updated in bulk

File Format

• Supports CSV and Excel (.xlsx)
• The position column determines the order (lower numbers appear first)
• You can reference product ID, title, SKU, price, and other information while editing
