These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shopify apps provided by SJ Apps ("we" or "our") (collectively, "the Apps").
By using the Apps, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Apps are intended for merchants operating Shopify stores.
A valid Shopify account is required to use the Apps.
3. Fees and Payment
Pricing plans are as described on the pricing page within each App.
Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from within the App.
Fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
• Use the Apps in any unauthorized or fraudulent manner
• Cause harm to other users or third parties
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Apps' systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Engage in any other conduct that violates these Terms
5. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Apps.
Our liability for any damages arising from the use of the Apps shall not exceed what is required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as Shopify service outages or API changes.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, add, or remove features of the Apps without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate the Apps for reasonable cause and will provide advance notice where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Apps belong to us or their respective rightful owners.
Under these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Apps solely for their intended purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as necessary. We will notify you of significant changes on this page or within the App.
Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
